Each appliance — ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine — adds its own dedicated water lines that require separate flushing and sanitizing. The base service price covers your main fresh water system. Appliances add time, materials, and additional steps, so they’re priced individually rather than bundled into a flat rate that would overcharge customers who don’t have them.

Our service area covers locations within one hour of our current location. If you’re beyond that, we’ll quote a travel fee before you commit — nothing added to your bill as a surprise. Book on the same day as a campground neighbor and we waive the fee entirely, so it’s worth a knock on the door.
